Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult patients in a 67-bed hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Med/Surg, PACU, and Rapid Response teams
• Manage ventilators, Bipaps, Hiflow devices, and floor treatments independently during night shifts
• Collaborate with nursing staff and supervisors to deliver excellent patient care and ensure safety
• Document patient treatments accurately using EPIC charting software
• Respond to emergency situations, including Code Blue responses, throughout the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Valid VA license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required)
• Strong communication skills and professional, approachable demeanor
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (preferred)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification (preferred)
• Recent experience in acute care hospital environments within the last year
