Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III-IV NICU setting.
• Perform procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, PICC lines, and central lines.
• Operate and manage advanced neonatal equipment including HFNC, vents, SiPAP, HFOV, feeding, and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and shift guidelines.
• Support and assist with patient monitoring, vital sign assessment, and family communication.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of NICU experience in a Level III-IV facility.
• Valid RN license.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• STABLE certification.
• Ability to work night shifts and support weekend rotations (minimum 6 per month).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EMR systems such as CPN or Meditech.
• Familiarity with neonatal procedures like intubations and line insertions.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and collaborative personality.
