Key Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments to oncology patients.
- Provide pre- and post-care for stem cell infusions.
- Manage patient care during immune effector cell therapies.
- Monitor patient responses and ensure safety during infusion procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with unit policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in oncology.
- Experience with chemotherapy administration.
- Ability to float between BMT and Oncology inpatient units as needed.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and on-call shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bone marrow transplant experience.
- Immune effector cell therapy experience.
