Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehab therapy settings.
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., Manual Therapy, Sports PT) (optional).
