• Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in a Level III NICU and PICU setting.
• Manage airway and ventilator support, including advanced equipment such as G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, V60/V30.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support complex patient needs and ensure optimal respiratory care.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in EMR systems.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety protocols.
• Adapt to float assignment across multiple pediatric critical care units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Colorado respiratory therapist license.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric critical care experience, including NICU/PICU.
• Experience with ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts and support a fluctuating, high-acuity patient population.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level III NICU and Pediatric ICU environment.
• Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment and EMR systems such as Meditech.
• Strong clinical skills in airway management and ventilator troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to float across units and adapt to changing patient care needs.
