Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shift, 13-week assignment, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care, progressive care, or stepdown setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage cardiac drips and other cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and ensure compliance with unit policies.
• Respond to patient needs during night shifts, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Support unit's implementation of new equipment and technology, such as lifts and advanced monitoring tools.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac care experience, including cardiac drips and cath procedures.
• Experience with Meditech or similar EMR systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
