- Full-time | Days shifts | 5 shifts per week | 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various care settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois state license as a Physical Therapist
- Confirmed or in-progress licensing application for Illinois
- Understands the requirements of a drug-free workplace and can produce a negative drug screen
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings is a plus
- Strong communication and patient management skills
