• Full-time, day shift, outpatient physical therapy clinic

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate with a team that includes an OCS PT and three PTAs to deliver quality care.
• Handle a variety of diagnoses, given the rural setting, with flexibility in patient types.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using the clinic’s charting system, with experience in Redoc or Net Health preferred.
• Work a 4-day workweek, Monday through Friday, with no on-call, weekend, or holiday duties.
• Adhere to compliance requirements, including travel and background checks, with a focus on EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months.

Required Qualifications

• Current physical therapy license in Tennessee or a valid compact license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience with EPIC charting and passing a competency exam in the last 12 months.
• Ability to comply with travel policies, including floating as needed.
• Must meet fit test requirements, including facial shaving if applicable.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to float between different patient care areas.
• Previous experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with charting systems such as Redoc or Net Health.
• Flexibility to consider both local candidates and first-time travelers.
