Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring comfort and cooperation.
• Operate imaging equipment, select appropriate settings, and capture high-quality images for physician review.
• Administer contrast media and start intravenous access as required, following safety protocols.
• Practice aseptic technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and assist in inventory management.
• Provide patient education and support, addressing questions and alleviating anxiety.
• Observe universal precautions, patient identification, and safety protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• ARRT Radiography certification.
• ARRT Computed Tomography certification.
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of CT imaging experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with fluoroscopic, surgical, and portable radiographic exams.
• Knowledge of contrast media administration and IV starts.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying shift schedules.
