• Travel, Days Shift, 4 shifts per week, 10.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) suite
• Assist with the operation of specialized equipment such as Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and procedure success
• Maintain sterile techniques and proper setup of procedural areas
• Follow unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab or EP Lab technician
• Knowledge of cardiac cath procedures, CRM, and peripheral vascular interventions
• Ability to operate specialized cardiology equipment
• Strong understanding of patient care during invasive procedures
• Current certification as a cath lab or electrophysiology technician (if applicable)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EP/ABL procedures and devices such as Pacers, ICDs, Watchman, TAVR
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as MacLab and Meditech
• Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Additional Information

• The assignment is at a Level II Trauma Center with a well-respected staff and modern equipment. Candidates with specific cardiac cath and CRM experience are prioritized.
• Travel techs will work every other weekend and holidays on a rotation basis, in accordance with hospital policy.
