Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and participate in patient care planning

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy practices and safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Bilingual skills are a plus
