Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, supporting procedures such as heart catheterizations, electrophysiology studies with ablations, and peripheral interventions
- Assist with patient assessments, preparation, and post-procedure care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes
- Document procedures and patient information accurately using electronic medical records
- Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of Cath Lab experience
- Experience with heart caths, EP studies, and ablations
- Ability to adapt quickly and assist with various procedures in a fast-paced environment
