Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Randallstown, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow established protocols for emergency procedures and patient safety.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist with behavioral health, stroke, and urgent care needs within authorized units.

Required Qualifications:

• Maryland or Compact nursing license valid at the time of application.
• Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating within the hospital scope.
• References confirming clinical competence.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center.
• Familiarity with stroke protocols and critical care procedures.
• Prior travel nurse experience is welcomed.
