• Full-time, days, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to patients with neuro, general debility, geriatrics, and orthopedic (hand) conditions
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Float within facility departments as needed, including radiology to nearby affiliates
• Maintain required certifications and licenses, and complete mandatory virtual modules on the first day of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland or Compact occupational therapy license
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient occupational therapy experience
• BLS certification
• Strong neuro and outpatient therapy background
• References required
• No RTO (time off) requests accepted after auto-offer; separation policy of maximum 365 days at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PAMCA certification preferred
• First-time travelers with strong outpatient and neuro experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience working in outpatient neuro and orthopedic settings
