- Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor procedural sedation in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) unit
- Circulate during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including right and left heart caths
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and monitor Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan-Ganz data
- Document procedures using computerized systems and ensure compliance with EPIC documentation requirements
- Maintain readiness for on-call duties, including reporting within 30 minutes for on-call shifts and being available on weekends and holidays
- Support and collaborate with the cardiac team during procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid license (KY or compact) in hand or at submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Cath Lab/EP setting
- EPIC experience is required
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to report to work within 30 minutes for on-call duties
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts and be available for on-call on weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior scrub experience in the Cath Lab/EP environment
- Familiarity with computerized documentation systems and cardiac monitoring equipment
