Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate recovery programs
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and protocols
