Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography and ultrasound procedures in accordance with clinical standards.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality images for diagnosis.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Complete documentation and adhere to facility protocols for imaging procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in echocardiography or ultrasound imaging.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to demonstrate recent work experience with no more than 30 days gap without explanation.
• Familiarity with facility-specific EMR systems, facility type, and bed count.
• Submission of two recent references (within the last 12 months).
• Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Prior exposure to cardiovascular imaging or echocardiography.
• Comfort working with local travelers or candidates outside of permanent Tallahassee residents.
