Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and ensuring sterile environments
• Support surgeons and staff during surgeries, passing instruments and supplies as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations throughout surgical processes
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical equipment
• Perform related duties to support efficient operation of surgical services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist in a specialty setting
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including major and minor holidays as required
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sterile procedures accurately
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in operating room environments within a hospital or surgical center
• Knowledge of specific surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
