• Full-time, night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent, routine, and complex nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a high-acuity emergency department setting.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health conditions, treatments, and resources.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas or a compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA recognized).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ER or related high-acuity setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a regional advanced cardiac hospital or trauma setting.
• Ability to handle complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social patient needs.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
