Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy sessions
• Support rehabilitation programs through various therapeutic techniques
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy or related healthcare settings
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
