• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit, including monitoring high-risk pregnancies.
• Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum processes in a high-volume facility.
• Circulate and recover from C-sections, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive maternal and newborn care.
• Demonstrate strong ECG interpretation skills and immediate newborn care expertise.
• Participate in optional scheduled on-call shifts to support unit needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or Mother Baby units.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN-Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Strong ECG interpretation skills and prior experience with immediate newborn care.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and handle high-risk cases.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working in Level 2 trauma and designated comprehensive stroke/chest pain centers beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1.
