Job Title

• Full-time, Travel

Key Responsibilities
• Provide circulating nursing care for various surgical procedures including orthopedics, neuro, plastics, vascular, trauma, robotic gynecology, and urology cases.
• Assist with positioning, prepping, and facilitating surgeries in the operating room.
• Support anesthesia team and ensure efficient turnover between cases.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain sterile techniques throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to deliver patient-centered care in a busy OR environment.
• Work scheduled nights, including every other weekend and holidays, as per facility policy.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of circulating RN experience in the operating room.
• Ability to perform general circulating duties including patient positioning and prepping.
• Experience with robotic surgery procedures is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in orthopedics, neuro, plastics, urology, or trauma cases.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical equipment such as XI Robot, Mako joint robot, and Meditech documentation system.
• Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and patient safety standards.
