Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac ICU patients, including post-op, TAVR, and telemetry patients
• Monitor hemodynamics and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips as required
• Assist with cardiac assistive devices and managing open-heart and post-cardiac surgery patients
• Document patient care accurately within the EPIC system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current, up-to-date registered nursing license in Missouri (or valid compact license)
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience, including hemodynamics and vasoactive medication management
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac assistive machine experience
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Knowledge of cardio-thoracic surgery, open heart, TAVR, and post-cath lab care
