Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a busy rehab facility
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehab setting
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on scheduled days
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a busy outpatient or inpatient rehab facility
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- CPR certification
