• Part-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
