Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to patients of various age groups
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- Valid State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in speech and language therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Bilingual skills or additional language certifications
- Knowledge of various therapy techniques and assessment tools
