Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients at the rehabilitation center
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans based on individual needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient treatments and progress notes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid State of Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility
- Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a rehab or clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient rehab environment
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices
