• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location
• Norfolk, VA
Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 3-day block shifts, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies
• Monitor and record patient responses and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Knowledge of respiratory equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 3-day block schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a hospital or acute care environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
