Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 7-on/7-off schedule, day shifts (10-hour days)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy services across various units within a Level III trauma center.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 10-12 patients per day, ensuring quality care and documentation.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to different patient populations and treatment requirements.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
• Comply with hospital policies, including charting in Epic and adhering to shift schedules.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license at time of submission.
• Current Allied Health license (if applicable).
• Acute care experience is required.
• IPR (Infection Prevention and Control) experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III trauma or acute care hospital setting.
• Strong familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Comfortable floating between units and working independently.
