Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a licensed long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Assist with daily patient assessments and administer treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members
- Strong attention to detail and compassionate bedside manner
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a nursing home or SNF setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual skills a plus
