• Full-time, 14-week assignment, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate patient care strategies and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and professional development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine or ability to obtain
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and quality assurance measures
