Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, part-time or full-time opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications via oral, topical, vaginal, rectal routes, and inhalation methods
- Chart all medication administration, including given, omitted, or refused doses
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and mealtimes
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents
- Support the nursing team in providing compassionate resident care
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Maine State Board-approved CNA program
- Active registration on the Maine CNA registry
- Graduate of a Maine State-approved Certified Medication Administration program
- At least 1 year of previous CNA experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required)
