Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work support and therapy services to clients.
- Assist clients with their mental health and social needs through counseling techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate case records.
- Offer guidance and resources to help clients achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Experience in providing social work or mental health therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or community mental health setting.
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
