Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with daily patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Support residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working 12.5-hour shifts
- Experience providing care in a skilled nursing or LTC setting
- Excellent documentation skills
