- Full-time, Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Compassionate approach to patient care
