- Full-time, Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Assist with daily activities and promote resident well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN licensure in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and commit to a 3-shift weekly schedule
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate patient care approach
