Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Days shifts, Full-time, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Educate residents and families on care procedures and health management
Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
• Strong assessments and documentation skills
