Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and compassionate caregiver attitude.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or LTC facility.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
