Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Contribute to patient assessments and progress documentation
• Support therapeutic procedures and exercises to improve patient mobility and function
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience assisting in physical therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and documentation systems
