Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record residents' health status and report any changes.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Strong understanding of long-term care and skilled nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
