Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts and adjusting to a flexible schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and documentation standards.
