- Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist in resident assessments and report changes in patient conditions
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Ability to work a 12.5-hour day shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good clinical judgment and attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a residential care facility or similar environment
- CPR certification and recent geriatric care experience
