- Full-time, temporary (local only), daytime shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous licensed nursing experience specifically within long-term care facilities
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Compassionate patient care and excellent communication skills
