Key Responsibilities

  • Providing skilled nursing care to patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
  • Monitoring and documenting patient conditions and progress
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Adhering to all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
