Key Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions and progress
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
- Adhering to all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
