Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to enhance mobility, safety, and independence.
- Collaborate closely with rehab teams, nursing staff, and healthcare partners.
- Document services using electronic health records, with training provided.
- Support a resident-centered, positive culture within the therapy department.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Maryland in good standing.
- Experience working in senior care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, professional approach to patient care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, personal care, or independent living environments.
