Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Seasonal, 13-week assignment
• Days shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
• 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient telemetric data and respond to cardiac events or changes.
• Perform procedures such as line placements and dialysis as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with safety and hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in telemetry nursing.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Strong cardiac background preferred.
• Experience in SD/PCU settings is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with patient line placements.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment.
