Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• District Heights, MD

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and individual treatment plans
• Assess and evaluate patient's physical condition and develop personalized therapy programs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Maryland
• Experience in setting up and implementing therapy plans
• Able to complete documentation directly with ATI outside of clearance packet before assignment begins
• Must be able to start with a compact license but transition to a permanent license immediately; permanent license required for SC location
• Equipment will be provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation requirements
