- Full-time, Day shift, 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' progress and any changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Maryland
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance
- BLS and ACLS certification considered a plus
