Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits with possible double-booking.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and any additional OT hours require prior approval from the director.
• Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic team and ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with orthopedic patients.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.
