Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including general orthopedics, physical health, vestibular, and developmental nutrition.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing about 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guarantee of 36 hours; overtime must be approved by the director beforehand.
• Float to other clinics is not required.
• Maintain documentation and treatment plans in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Virginia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but not mandatory for new grads or first-time travelers.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and handle a busy schedule.
• Strong patient communication skills and commitment to quality care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in general orthopedic and vestibular therapy.
• Comfortable with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and patient loads.
